CrossFit is described as a fitness regimen that is constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity.  All CrossFit workouts are based on functional movements, these movements reflect aspects of gymnastics, weightlifting, running, rowing, and much more.  Everyday consists of a different workout and each workout can be tailored to each individual's needs.

Our coaches have all been CrossFit athletes for 5+ years and have all competed at the regional level.  They strive to make sure that your hour in the gym is the best hour of your day. 

The Foundations Course consists of 4 private training sessions and is required prior to a CrossFit membership if you are new to CrossFit.  The course will teach you how to properly perform all foundational movements correctly and safely.  Once the course is completed, you can purchase one of our CrossFit membership options.

Unlimited classes and includes access to all programs.

  • Monthly memberships auto renew on the 1st or 15th of the month (you choose the day that works best for you) and require a 15 day notice via email to cancel.
